  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we’re here to correct our mistake.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund: To begin the refund process, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item, providing details about the issue and your order number.
  2. Return the Product: You’ll be responsible for returning the product to us. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. The cost of returning the product will be borne by you, the customer.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or error.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. For example, if you paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), we will refund you through EFT. Similarly, if you made your purchase using a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.

Refund Amount

  • The refund will include the total amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost associated with processing returns and restocking items.
  • As mentioned, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Timeframe for Refund

We aim to process refunds as swiftly as possible. You can expect your refund to be issued within a specified number of business days following the return and inspection of the product. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.
